There aren’t many units available and unlocking new types via research is costly, but until then the ones you can train are enough for clearing the camps that surround your base. Army size is limited by your max army points which is derived from the level of your command center, while each unit takes a certain amount of army points. Another Important area is the army screen where you train your attacking units. The friendly interface allows you to upgrade easily in one click, move buildings for free or even sell them to free up valuable construction slots. Building and upgrading is instantaneous, which is a great change from other games in which you need to wait hours for upgrading, though upgrading prices get rather steep as they increase in level. There are also several unique buildings to construct that allows various things such as building defenses, training different types of units and increase the damage of your units. This makes Tiberium Alliances gameplay rather unique among browser strategy games as it is more like a real time strategy game in which you need to be logged almost constantly. Collecting resources is different than in other games, except from the traditional continuous production, buildings will produce up to two resource boxes in given intervals for you to collect, and if not collected in time boxes production will stop, losing precious minerals and money.

Positioning your buildings right is important as resource buildings benefit from being close to one another. Even though there are only 2 types of minerals, with different buildings they produce 4 different resources you need in order to build buildings and train units. Tiberium Alliances consists of several areas the main of which is your base, every base has different terrain with multiple minerals deposits you can mine by building harvesters. Command and Conquer is a great series of strategy games which had a huge impact, Tiberian Sun was one of the most well known games in that series, where you could pick to either join the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) of the United Nations or assist the terrorist organization the Brotherhood of Nod in their global conflict. Join an alliance and take over the world. Build bases and huge armies to smash your opponents.
